Motus Humanus members believe that we are stronger as individual professionals when we work together. Events such as Roundtables on Professional Issues, Advanced Seminars, and other occasional gatherings provide rich opportunities for members to talk with, move together, and learn from each other.
To grow the field of movement study, Motus Humanus provides these services:
- active collaboration with other movement organizations
- research support for members
- awards and recognition of leadership in the field of Laban-based movement study
- establishing standards of professional practice in Movement Pattern Analysis
